If you’ve decided that your social media profile is less of an asset and more of a drag on your life, there are a few things you should consider before you take that final step. But Facebook has weathered the Cambridge Analytica scandal, reports of pyschological experiments on its users, more data breaches and accusations of being a conduit for misinformation on everything from elections and Brexit to Covid-19 and vaccines. Maybe it’s because we simply have nowhere else to go. Will Facebook see users leave in their droves? Experience tells us that it is unlikely. For some reason though, we keep on coming back. Lets face it, if Facebook was an actual friendship, you would have cut ties with it a long time ago. ![]()
